As soon as the weather turns cool and the leaves begin to change, children all across Southern York County are eager to pick their own pumpkins, take a hayride, and visit our local corn mazes too! 1.Flinchbaugh’s Orchard
Flinchbaugh's Orchard was named the 2025 Macaroni Kid South York Best Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze by our local subscribers, and we can see why! In addition to their PYO Pumpkin Patch, your family can enjoy a Corn Maze, PYO Flowers, PYO apples, and other fun kid's activities all season long!
Maze Highlights
This year's theme is May the 4th be with you!
In a galaxy far far away … comes a 5 acre corn maze that will keep you stepping, guessing and loving the farm this fall!
Hours: Aug. 28-Sept 6 Mon-Fri 9-6, Sat 9-4, Sun closed *last entrance 30 minutes before closing. Sept 7-Nov. 16 Mon-Fri 9-6, Sat 9-5, Sun closed *last entrance 30 minutes before closing.
Admission: $7.99 per person; children 3 and under are free
Admission Includes:
- Approximately 45-60 minute adventure in the maze.
- Maze Puzzle – challenge yourself or friend to complete the maze puzzle to find your way out!
U-Pick Highlights:
Zinnias, Wildflowers & Sunflowers
- Opening July 4th – thru Mid October. Sunflowers may come in and out of bloom. Zinnias and wildflowers will bloom continuously.

2.Maize Quest Fun Park
In addition to their Pumpkin Patch and Giant Corn Maze, Maize Quest offers a Jump Zone, a trackless train, and over 30 other attractions that are sure to entertain your children for hours! This years 2025 Corn Maze Thee is "Search for the Lochness Monster."

Come celebrate a traditional fall harvest season on the farm. It’s old-fashioned family fun in scenic York County, Pennsylvania. Come for the corn maze, apple-picking and pumpkin-picking (weekends), seasonal produce and farm-fresh goodies!
- Apple Picking open every day of September and October. Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm (last entrance 5:30), Sunday 12pm-5pm (last entrance 4:30), Labor Day & Columbus Day 12pm-5pm (last entrance 4:30).
- Pumpkin Picking starts mid-September. Open Saturdays 9am-6pm (last entrance 5:30) & Sundays 12pm-5pm (last entrance 4:30) through late October, as well as Columbus Day 12pm-5pm (last entrance 4:30). Pumpkin picking is not available Monday-Friday, but we will have pumpkins at the store for purchase.
Get your TIMED TICKETS for Saturdays, Sundays, Labor Day & Columbus Day. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
If you are coming on a Monday-Friday to pick apples, no advance ticket is necessary (with the exception of Labor Day & Columbus Day).
Fall Fun Admission Area:
Get lost in our 5-acre Corn Maze — it’s a labyrinth of paths carved into a cornfield, with a different puzzle design each year. You can get lost and have the most fun doing it! Pick-your-own apples and poke around the Pumpkin Patch (Opens mid-September). We have pumpkins for carving and fall decor, as well as pumpkins for cooking. 5.Orchard Valley Farm (Formerly known as the Brown's Orchard PYO Farm)
Orchard Valley Farm is a PYO farm located on 98 acres in southern Pennsylvania, growing strawberries, black raspberries, sweet cherries, 22 varieties of apples, 8 varieties of peaches, and an assortment of pumpkins. Call the picking line (717) 850-0079 for what’s ripe and the current field report. See you on the farm!
Bring your family to Miller Plant Farm for a day of Fall fun in the pick-your-own pumpkin patch where you can select your very own pumpkin and enjoy scenic views!
Every Saturday in late Sept - October from 10am-4pm, Shaw's Orchard offers hayrides through the orchards to the pumpkin patch.
8.Brown's Orchard
Brown's Orchard has plenty of apples and pumpkins available at the Market for eating, baking, carving and decorating.
In addition to their pumpkin patch will host the following special events during the 2025 season

10. Burton's Pumpkin Patch
Burton’s a 3rd generation farm with 10 acres of pumpkins. Opening Day for the 2025 Season is September 26th
