A little back story: Paul Hedrick passed away October 19, 2022, at the age of 68, one day shy of his 69th birthday. He spent 12 and a half years in the United States Marine Corps (1972-1985) and had to get out due to medical. He then dedicated 30+ years to Toys for Tots, First Capitol Marine Corps League, and the York County Honor Guard up until he got sick with Lung Cancer in early 2022. He definitely was a staple in the community and made such an impact on so many people! You may have even seen his poster around York County! This event is to honor and commemorate his legacy.
