Located in the beautiful rolling hills of Jacobus, Pennsylvania, convenient to York
along the Susquehanna Trail, is a lovely new child care site originally built in 1910.
Throughout the years, Gan Rimon has always been a school; serving the needs of
the surrounding communities. Now, it is Gan Rimon Campus, Hebrew for “Little
Pomegranate”; one of the seven species of plants that are found in the Jewish
homeland of Israel. Gan Rimon is a new satellite child care center of the York
Jewish Community Center, sharing the same reputation for excellence and serving
children ages 12 months to 5 years old.
Our days at Gan Rimon consist of play, play, and more play, which is the way that
children learn best. Lessons reflect the interests of the children and the
Pennsylvania State Learning Standards. Skills are taught in ways that are fun,
developmentally appropriate, and engaging. Developing social skills and using
Conscious Discipline is a primary focus, which helps children to develop the
readiness for learning and relating with others, now and into the future.
Come tour our beautiful facility and discuss the endless possibilities for your child.
